We were really excited about this piece sent to us from Italy! This work evokes an interesting discussion about the contrasts between nature and technology. The soft, organic form of the deer is captured here with the harsh line of computer symbol. One viewer said that it "conveys such emotion."

WOW(L)
We've just sorted through our latest batch of contributions and let us just say WOW! This week's emoticontribution is proof that we have some of the most creative and inspired readers around. Feast your eyes on Lor'yin Park's conceptual work, "untitled," which the artist describes as "a purposefully obscure representation of the colonization of the New World." Thanks Lor'yin!

spectacular!
say "hello" to our second contributor, Anee! Inspired by everyday objects, Anee uses symbolic artistry as a way to "reinterpret the world we live in," and hopes that her work will inspire others to do the same.
